Pros

Fully remote. They provide 80% coverage on medical insurance.

Cons

Not worth it. No proper delegation of roles and responsibilities. It's a start-up but they need more structure. Employee turn over is extremely high. They employ and fire at will. Be careful so you don't get fired within your first 3 months of employment. Management could be rude. Burn out is high. They done pay bonuses.

Thank you for your candid feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility of our remote work setup and the extended medical coverage we provide. We also acknowledge your concerns around delegation, burnout, and turnover. As a fast-moving startup, we know that building structure while scaling can be a challenge, and we’re actively working on improving role clarity and cross-team support. Feedback like yours helps us identify areas where we can do better. Regarding early departures: we recognize how important it is for both the company and the employee to find the right fit. Our probation period exists to provide that space — not only for performance evaluation, but to ensure alignment on expectations, pace, and communication. That said, we take decisions regarding employment very seriously and with careful consideration. We’re grateful for your continued efforts and encourage you to reach out to HR if you’d like to discuss any of these concerns further in a private setting. Your voice matters!

Pros

- Incredibly exciting opportunity to build something better in the market from scratch, while learning from past lessons. - Great place for someone looking to build a career and make a name for themselves. - Highly ethical company, focused on doing the right thing for employees and users. - Strong leadership vision for the direction of the company, with a willingness to make hard decisions to achieve it. - Committed to developing and promoting employees.

Cons

- Some traditional approaches from long-tenured employees could evolve to better embrace new ideas and points of view. - The strategies that led to current success might need adjustment for future growth, and not everyone is fully aligned on this yet. - Tendency toward micromanagement from well-intentioned individuals who lack a broader perspective.
