      *I* matter. I am appreciated, both as a person and for what I can do.

      Cons

      It's all relative. Its a pretty busy place, sometimes it can get a little overwhelming, but on the other hand, I like variety and I like being busy.

      remote culture is nice for work/life balance

      Cons

      -has trouble attracting large business primes -one trick pony: does UI/UX work very well but hesitant to add other products and services -unwilling to make investments to diversify revenue to grow the company
