Theirs a bit of a disconnect between the company's purported value and being a business at the end of the day. While I was there the company grew in size a lot and became more and more corporate-like. Ultimately they cut me and most of my team without warning when the project was coming to a close even though it was very successful. However, it was also when everything collapsed in tech at the beginning of 2023 and they are a business at the end of the day so I can't blame them too much.
