Middle management was absolutely lovely

Top management was terrible and scammed all the employees

I came when the company had 40 employees. They grew up to 550+ people, 5 offices, representative offices in other countries. From the local delivery service to grow to the international Aiti Company. The company has truly talented people who understand in their direction. Employees teach, arrange leisure, provide comfortable working conditions, RF. The company made it possible to realize all professional ambitions. I even found friends. The processes in companies are well tuned.

Unfortunately, a sharp reduction in costs at the end of 2021 influenced the growth rate, a change in strategic plans, no new vacancies were opened, and many positions were forced to abandon. As a consequence, a state reduction, lack of workload, and I was forced to be released. Unfortunately, not all employees managed to say goodbye in a good way, many dissatisfied. But in general, only good memories of the company.
