Pros
I have been working at Rocket Software full-time for more than 4 years. We always work side by side toward the same goal, even sometimes we work from different offices in different countries. There are many talented colleagues around, can get help whenever you ask for.
Cons
The office is beautiful, but a little cold in summer.
