      Great people, great place for the most part. Great CEO too.

      Cons

      If things go wrong someone is taking the fall - not enough revenue, not enough margin, etc.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
