      - Employees are encouraged to develop new ideas and provided help to implement them - The company actually cares about its employees and their wellbeing - Various of projects and modern tech stack - Great work-life balance - High skilled engineers that really motivated to do their work

      The salary is at the middle of the market or bit less

      Pros

      I personally partnered with Alex for the past year with helping to grow startups & HR companies. I only have praises for his quality of work, dedication, but most of all, how much of a cool & trustworthy person he is to just work with, which makes partnering up with him & Rocketech special!
