Pros
1. The org leadership’s pretty good... super approachable if you’ve got any questions or thoughts. They give clear, helpful feedback that really helps when you’re trying to figure stuff out. 2. Really good team leader (speaking for my role here) who guides you to success and helps you out when you are not at your best. 3. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow as an SE where you get to collaborate with folks from different teams. 4. The leadership encourages the use of AI, also offering access to new tools that enhance self-efficiency and, in turn, allow us to focus on what truly matters most. 5. Of-course this is performance driven but scope for growth (compensation and role-wise) is pretty good.
Cons
This is purely subjective but work here can require a high level of excellence, dedication and flexibility (at times), which might not be ideal for everyone.
