Pros
They only thing is their flexibility with your schedule
Cons
First, the hours you get are very unreasonable. Even with an open availability, you only get 2-3 days a week in some cases. The management would always complain how they don't have enough people, however, I've heard a lot of people request to get more hours but they don't give it because apparently if you go over a certain amount, they stop you. Second, there's a lot of favoritism. They're not like typically work places. They hire family members and favoritism them if their relatives are one of their favorites. There is also a lot of employees that are dating each other, causing an uncomfortable environment when they're fighting or making out in the break room. Third, you DO NOT GET ANY BREAKS. I know recently, they require us to have a 10 minute break if we work more than 3 1/2 hours. However, you usually don't get a break. Fourth, if you make one of the leads or managers mad, they take it out on you sometimes by making fun of you for your mistakes in the past or they purposely give you less hours. ( I've heard them state this in the back office)
