Pros
- Everyone in the company is growing and the company itself is growing and there is no limit or ceiling to the growth someone can see
- pay has opportunity for uncapped commission so if someone works hard, they can make really good money
- nothing is given or handed out, this eliminates favoritism because everything is earned based on work ethic, attitude and being a good student to those getting better results than you (hours, pay, growth, opportunity). The positive is all the tools are given upfront and it is up to you to apply the tools and knowledge given to create the schedule, pay, growth and opportunity you want
- we have team nights where the whole office or just a part of the office gets to hangout and get to know each other and ask questions
Cons
- Everyone in the company is growing so as a part of that process sometimes things get miscommunicated, missed or forgotten (frequent communication helps with that)
- someone creates their own growth here so if they don’t ask questions when they have them or ask for help when they have a problem no one will know they need help and that person will likely not see progress as quickly as they want or at all
