Close to Home, Friendly CNA's and Kitchen Staff and Amazing Residents. The Nurses and CNA's are Great. " Great Pay"

Horrible Administration and Supervisors, They do not care about their Employees Needs. They will Work you 7 Days A Row And will Lower Your Pay rate Because Without Warning Because they Lost Money, Yet Supervisors will Get Pay raises. They are Demanding and Demeaning. If you Happed to Upset the Supervisors they will Cut your Hours and Treat You Like Crap. They Will Corner you and Make threats. They Tell You From the Beginning To Not Use them As a Reference Because They will Not Give a Good Review. The Meetings Are Nothing But Getting Yelled At And Singled Out. The Administrator and Supervisors Care More About Themselves Than Residents and Employees. They Called In a CNA Who was on A Paid Vacation She Earned And Said She Better Be In the Next Day or She Will Come Back To No Job. Every Employee I Worked with Dreaded work and Were All Quitting.
