Toxic Management - Generalist Rodeo FX Employee Review

Management would rather have expensive meals with wine rather than pay employees. One on occasion I witnessed the Senior management team drunk at 2 pm on a Tuesday, barely able to walk or talk. They used to have breakfast for employees then made it mandatory to work int he office 3 days a week, and removed breakfast. Managers would rather blame other people than take responsibility. Often their own team members. Lets not get started on how the Senior management let go of employees to cut costs but retained their 2 rented jets to travel to LA and Paris.
