      Lots of training and support and room to grow.

      Cons

      Flour is very dusty and gets everywhere, but the company cleans and maintains uniforms for staff.

      Pros

      Love working with the people at Rogers Foods in the office. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I enjoy being able to communicate with potential candidates and help with the onboarding process.

      Cons

      Finding workers can be tough, although it is a different time right now with COVID-19. I can't think of any cons other then that at this moment. It's a good place to work and I'm proud to be working here.

      Pros

      Coworkers are friendly. There Is supposedly ample opportunity for advancement within. They provide uniforms and have somewhat decent benefits.

      Cons

      They'll get rid of you if they feel like it. Bad management, don't want to train new employees. Safety procedures not always followed
