      Amazing support from PMs, firm is pretty much 50/50 men/women, looked like they had great policies for maternity leave and work flexibility

      Pros

      I was able to work on a variety of projects and had a variety of different roles. Unusually female-heavy firm. People here, especially leadership and old guard are very kind.

      Cons

      My personal pay was quite low. Inconsistent management/project manager training. Young staff can be cliquey.
