Pros
Lab technicians are very knowledgeable, and very willing to help in anyway they can, which is great because they train the incoming employees.
Cons
Management is the downfall of this company. They pile the work on the lab technicians, including training new hires, to the point where the employees cannot keep up with their testing or management would spring something new on the lab technicians at the end of the day, making it to where the employees can never catch up with their work. In the past when I worked there, there was only one person in management that was tolerable, the others were just scared to communicate anything or they tried to intimidate you. Lets just say I am thankful to be a former employee and working at another company, with people who enjoy their jobs.
