      -No clear lines of communication -Mentorship program is a dud (no real upskilling or reskilling program) -No clear instructions regarding expectations or tasks -Will not learn any useful skills -Integration with other companies is messy and unorganized -Long working hours and you never really understand what you are doing -No knowledge sharing from the senior members -Compensation is very less

      - Interesting and diverse projects - Varied tasks and learning opportunities - Great team and work culture

      Cons

      No cons as such, really a good team. The company was recently acquired by Creative Dock and hence there are some changes taking place in management. But nothing major.
