Pros

Brave enough to give young people a shot Learn a lot while working there Colleagues were amazing when I was there Enjoyed the way they welcomed new staff and helped them fit in

Cons

CEO is a control freak CEO doesn't care about the majority of employees Not much room for further personal growth CEO doesn't value employees. He will see you as dispensable CEOs values are appalling. He is a conman, a snake oil sales man and if you're a client, he'll take your money and run. Be expected for no work to be done on your account if you're an SEO client. SELL SELL SELL Hardly any support from "HR". Was made to feel bad when taking a sick day. CEO is so sales driven, he makes every employee upsell CEO is unapproachable, very difficult to communicate with and extremely unsupportive. Staff turnover is the highest I've ever seen. CEO is not only an awful boss, but a pretty awful guy too.
