A great place to work! - HR Generalist Roland Park Place Employee Review

Pros

Roland Park Place feels like working with a family. Every associate knows each other and can enjoy getting to know each other better. RPP has created a culture where everyone is included, heard, and known. Free lunches with an associate-only cafe was constructed just so the associates could be "off stage" and have some downtime before going back to work. Work/Life balance is very important for all our associates all the way from the top to the bottom.

Cons

There is no cons that I can honestly think of.

Pros

Roland Park Place is an inclusive place to work, focused on the associates. There is a new associate breakroom with games, charging stations and free lunch. Frequent associate only and associate/resident events, lots of treats and recognition, including some pretty fun holiday parties. Majority really nice people who work here and live here. The work is rewarding, with good benefits and your birthday is a paid holiday. Lots of opportunities for suggestions and constantly looking for ways to improve.

Cons

there are no remote work opportunities

Pros

Taking pride in your work and helping residents in the Healthcare side is very fulfilling. Benefits are fantastic as well.

Cons

Tread lightly here because there is some major toxicity that is kept hidden from you until you discover it and once you do uncover it you wish you didn’t work there. There are people at the top that use their power negatively and can be very horrible human beings that have no business working in a place that cares for seniors.
