Ok job - Ambassador Roll by Goodyear Employee Review

The roll program for goodyear treated me well and like family, i always felt like I had a voice.

Might need to drive a lot throughout Columbus and to Akron occasionally

Pro is at least you are getting compensated hourly.

Management do not know what they are doing. Favoritism at it’s finest. They promote people that don’t know how to do the job or are not even familiar with the products being sold. It’s supposed to be a salary plus commission based job but you barely get commission. They somehow always make unrealistic goals for advisors not to get commission.
