Great product that is improving monthly by focusing on what customers really want and focusing on the problems they have that the company can fix.
Great team (all remote), excellent benefits and good pay. The culture is one of hard work and doing what is right for both employees and customers.
Cons
Had a period of slowing growth but a change in the management team to refocus on the product and its core customer has now helped turn the company around and it is doing much better.
When I was there the company was fully remote which was really nice at the time
Cons
The product was slow to ship new features which make it impossible to be competitive. Additionally, there was practically no product advantages / differentiation between Rollbar and the competition.
