Pros
There's too many list. To capsulate some of the biggest positives.
1.) The company will support you all through your career progression. Allowing you run on your own projects. Letting you off the leash to manage projects, and lead them giving you valuable experience (making you feel a key part of the overall project team) at the same not micro-managing you, but also giving you support when and where you need it.
2.) The company is very ambitious so there's a lot of varied work (small house extensions to the country's biggest construction projects) giving you invaluable exposure too all sides of the industry.
3.). Will support you when you're experiencing difficulties in your personal life. The company will pay you back for all the work you give them.
Cons
There's none to mention really. If there had to one. There's a lot of work, because the company tends win the majority of the work it bids for due to it's high reputation in the local area. The high workload might not be for some (not that I'd call that a con having too much work on, but if one had to be named)
