      Pros

      More of a team environment as opposed to competitive. Management is accessible. They want you to succeed.

      Cons

      They struggle to be creative with their search for candidates. Not a lot of onboarding for new employees, no sense of support. Feel guilty if you only work the standard 40 hour week. Office is stuffy, and all work can be done from home but only few get that perk.

      They paid weekly if that is a pro.

      Be VERY careful. When I got my W2 this year I found that they had credited the State of Illinois with a few thousand dollars of my income so that I paid State of IL tax. I don't live there, and it was obvious from my address that I did not. I asked them to fix this and the never did. They also never re-sent my W-2. They just said, DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE that it would have to wait 3 or 4 weeks and that it was fine, just credit the taxes to state of my residence. I never received anything. I also never received reimbursement for the cost of sending my laptop back to the company I was contracted to.
