      Pay and flexibility, other then that nothing.

      Cons

      Too many to list. Bonus's are nonexistent, upper management is severely uneducated, off label use is widely promoted, Management hides when ever there is an issue. Promise to launch a flu medication for over 3 years. Extremely unorganized! Not sure why the FDA hasn't shut them down yet.

      Good teamwork made a da to day better

      Cons

      Did not pay employees in multiple ocasions. Left the company and still did not pay everything owed.
