Good pay, yearly raises. Consistent 40 hour/week schedule, set weekends. Cashiers and maintenance are friendly. Room for advancement. Good benefits.
Cons
Management. Expect micro-managing in the weirdest ways, inconsistent information, no communication on any level. Also good luck getting hired, this company purposefully under-staffs the main location. Assistant managers are doing the best with what they have, which is very little.
