Pros

When I first started with Marhofer this list would have been quite long, now I am honestly having trouble coming up with anything. There are a few really good people in this company, if you find them keep them close. Pay is decent but realistically well below what advertised as starting pay. Sundays off are nice to have.

Cons

Right now this company seems to be at a crossroads. They are rapidly moving away from the cultures and values that made this such a well respected automotive dealership group in the area. When I started with Marhofer it seemed clear the mission was customer satisfaction "Creating a world class experience". Now it seems very much profits over people. Employees on all levels are simply numbers on a sheet at the end of the month. You don't hit numbers you are on the path to being out, no matter what else you bring to the table or if it was just a bad month. This is creating a revolving door of next person up that's driving once dedicated long time employees away from this company. Most of the recent reviews on here were the result of a company wide email requesting employees to submit reviews. Most clearly found it best to decline...
