Pros
Sorry, I'm not sorry but nothing, Absolutely nothing.
Cons
I really don't recommend choosing this place unless it's your only option. I worked here for more than 2 years, and the situation progressively worsened. The culture and the environment are completely toxic. It is difficult to focus on your job in an environment where you never feel secure. There is a culture of gossip, and professional boundaries are not respected. The company uses employee monitoring software to constantly watch what employees are doing. This creates a high-pressure environment based on constant surveillance rather than performance. They seem to care more about control than the actual results of the work. I faced many problems during my time here, but the most concerning was the company's method for dismissals. When they wanted to let someone go without severance pay, they would initiate an "internal investigation" against that person. I also have concerns about the Human Resources team. A clear example that reflects the company's culture is the leadership change at the start of the year. The new CHRO who was appointed had a professional background in theater, not in HR. This was not a metaphor; it was their actual former profession. Furthermore, a manager brought in by this CHRO, regardless of their listed years of experience, demonstrated a highly unprofessional communication style. The language and methods used by this new HR leadership were ineffective and contributed negatively to the overall work environment, rather than improving it. This approach to leadership in a critical department like HR speaks volumes about the company's priorities. Do your research if you don't want to damage your career. Try to talk to former employees. And if possible, stay away.
