- they pretend that everything is good in the company and spend tons of money on advertisement, showing how happy we are. It's good, cause studio can have more projects. But they never told that most of the artists earn 1000-1200. For those who fled from Ukraine to Poland its a very small salary. Also salary reviews were rescheduled on a half a year-a year with no reason and nobody was notified. - cancelled medical insurance for those who in Poland. cancelled English classes and promising to start them like a half a year already. But still hiring eng speaking employees and most of the meetings are in eng. LOL - the management is toooooooo bad. it takes ages to change something - check your taxed yourself, there's a possibility that they haven't paid all of them - when war just started, they paid salary earlier to everybody who asked and the amount was not smaller than 1000$ . Next month you had to pay the difference back xDDDD (yea, lots of artists earned less than 1000) - if you saying something against official company's opinion in the public channel in Slack - most likely you'd receive tons of hate and probably some "sweet" words from CEO. - hired a lot of Junior artist so the level of art decreased
