The people were absolutely wonderful. The team members worked together. I was ensured that I was working in a safe environment. Projects were independently performed. They were hands-on and challenging. I definitely learnt so much from the experience as my first internship.

It was a overall great experience.

There are none, getting to leave

low pay, no raises,no benefits, favortism,poor leadership in crew leaders,only 2 breaks in an 10 hour shift ,no lunch break,temporary employees replacing fulltime employees that have been with the company for years,bad supervisors,inexperienced management,no input from employees is ever taken into consideration,different set of rules for favorite employees,
