      Pros

      They are in a big industry with a lot of room to innovate.

      Cons

      They laid off ~20% of staff and then issued a $5M cash bonus to Dan Rosenthal for his "promotion" (according to public filing) from CFO to COO. The "promotion" came after Dan led the company through a public offering that was poorly executed - as reflected in the stock price. This leads to huge concerns as to the sophistication of the executive team's judgment and morals.

      Pros

      Has been the best employee I've had throughout my career, and by far the best insurance company. They are transparent, they care about employees, and if you do your job there are opportunities for growth all over the place.

      Can't think of a negative thing to say so far

      Management was terrible. Awful communication. Favoritism.
