      Easy to obtain approval for time off Okay pay, better than some larger carriers Ease of systems and most processes

      Cons

      Inconsistency in expectations of employees across leadership team (seems everyone has different ways of doing things - lack of calibration and uniformed processes) Lack of urgency to prioritize disorder Inefficient time management & not much value provided within org meetings

      Pros

      Remote tech company It was cool to have monthly meetings with the CEO . They kept you in the loop of what was going on

      Cons

      My manager was horrible . Instead of development and truly helping the team we felt as if he was just against us Pay was lower and work load was higher
