7yRoot3 was experiencing tremendous growth in 2017 when this employee worked at the company and their viewpoint truthfully captures some of the issues we were working on as we transitioned from a small to a medium sized agency. This employee found a great job elsewhere during this period and was not around to witness how our team came together to solve these problems and create an amazing culture that we continue to build upon and improve today. Critical feedback is not always easy to hear, but we try to learn from it and wish this employee success.
