Pros
This company is the best company I have ever worked for! Their employee recognition schemes have been fab, they don't get boasted about as obviously not everyone excels in the position so don't receive the bonuses, perks or incentives! Super family friendly and understanding -if sickness, family circumstances, personal needs require addressing the Managers will go out of their way to accommodate. Flexible working, time off, financial problems or issues the Company will try their best. Having followed these reviews of recent months I feel it only fair and just to speak up- lots of employees have been long time servers and we have thoroughly enjoyed it. The MD over the years has shown that he genuinely cares for those individuals exhibiting company loyalty. Those complaining are probably the minority few who got identified for their lack of talent or contributions in what on the whole is a great team and company.
Cons
Those who really make a difference are having to carry those who don't pull their weight. The loyal, hard working majority are being let down by the minority. It takes everyone in this sort of business to make a difference- there is loads more potential for this company and if we all contributed like some of the good ones this could make a huge difference and we would all benefit.
