      A few nice coworkers Life/work balance Okay benefits Free work shirts

      Cons

      Poor training. You rely on reading to be trained for the most part. Pay should be a lot more for being the main defense for the bank, and the hazards they deal with, (sick members, dirty money with no hand sanitizer Etc.).

      Low pay Poor top level decision making Biased decisions Lack of proper and in-depth training Lack of training for managers to properly guide their staff.
