Pros
Hours are never in short supply.
Cons
Poor management (I've actually been cursed at by one because I was 15 minutes late, even though I called to let them know), expectations way too high for relatively low pay, and the employees are expected to revolve their entire lives around the company. Schedule is changed frequently and with no notice. Employees can be thrown onto overnight shift with less than a day notice. Management calls employees in on their days off like they are salaried. Rotating schedule means it's difficult to have any plans outside of work. Most of the management team are friends and family of the owner, and unqualified. With cameras everywhere, barbed fence all around, and guards at the entrance, the place feels like a prison. company that should only be considered as a last resort, and even then only until you can find something better. Take my advice - avoid this place.
