Pros
I've worked for Ross-Brown for 2 years now. I love working here. Before I came here I was always wanted to get into management, but could never get an interview because I didn't have the experience. When I came here I was told that I would be trained in every aspect of the business and if I worked hard I would get to management. I skeptical at first, but at least it was a shot. During the next few months I was not only trained on the aspects of sales and marketing, but the psychology of why companies do what they do as well. I then was taught how to do interviews, went on to grow and lead a team. Once that was done they showed me how to do payroll, and forecasting for the company as well. And after 8 months I was promoted to management. Since then I've seen us open other offices, I continue to assist with the training and development of our team, and even been able to travel with the company. We are a close tight group, and we have become so much more than co-workers we have a sense of family.
Cons
This position and company isn't for people that don't want to work hard, and dont have a positive attitude. I've found that stands in the way of most people reaching their goals.
