Pros
Flexible schedule while I went to college. Employees were mostly fun to be around.
Cons
Most of the employees that work in-store hate their job and wish they could leave. High turnover rate so have to deal with incompetent workers all the time. The store manager is overbearing and won't listen to reason even if it's coming from the managers.
