      Pros

      Uncapped pay - based off tips and most of the times people tip fat (or not at all)

      Cons

      Many employees were sexually assaulted while working and nothing was done. Wrongfully terminated multiple employees and the managers and owners are all friends so theres no moral code here.

      sexual harassment intimidation bullying threats of physical violence in the workplace by staff and patrons not supported by owner, GM, or fellow employees toxic negative work environment
