Pros

Pay is good for the area

Cons

Management is so toxic and unbearably involved in every minute detail. There are no budgets. There is what the CEO wants to do or pay for item by item. This changes daily. The culture is one of micro management, berating employees, and a lot of talking behind other people's backs.

Pros

I’ve been working at Roundstone Insurance for 8 months, and it has been an amazing experience! The company culture is truly something special. Managers and executives genuinely listen and welcome feedback, which creates a supportive and empowering environment. I especially love Roundstone’s CORE values: Live Well, Work Smarter, Own It, and Be Intellectually Curious. These aren’t just words—they’re actively reflected in how we work and grow as a team. One of the most unique things about Roundstone is the monthly meetings with the Owners, where open dialogue and transparency are encouraged. It’s refreshing to be part of an organization that values both its people and continuous improvement. I’m proud to be here!

Cons

I do not have any Cons.

Pros

Hybrid work opportunity, benefits are fair. Great building to work in: garage for those who get to work early, on site gym with trainers, three cafe areas, discount opportunities (company subsidized lunch two days a week)

Cons

None that affect me directly - but I see too many who come in late, leave early, and spend a lot of time pretending to work when they are texting on their phones. I think these may be the people who complain about being micro-managed? If you are doing your job, there really is no need for the manager to constantly be looking at your work. The con here is that some managers are not taking action to stress that it's not micro-managing but should let people know what their job is. And no - I am not a manager
