Great company to grow with - Individual Contributor Route Consultant Employee Review

Management is extremely receptive to new ideas, and are constantly asking employees to bring new ideas or concerns to their managers. From what I've seen - as long as you do good work, bring your best self to work, and add value, management seems very open to vertical movement, pay increases, and remote work. Because of the positive atmosphere and teamwork in the culture, it seems like the toxic employees eventually end up leaving or getting weeded out. I like that personally!

Route consultant is fast paced, not afraid to shift focus which can be hard for some employees that value consistency and certainty.

Like others have said it is a cliquey office culture and some positions here are clearly more rewarding than others. I saw a lot of hard workers get fired here while others coasted. Lots of workplace drama, wouldn't recommend as a long term option.
