Low pay, head of school only cares about the bottom line, teachers are not valued or listened to, student behavior is atrocious. The school wants to be all things to all people and as a result, is unable to excel in any one area. Everything is mediocre. Already in the 23-24 school year, three new teachers have quit mid-year.
