Pros

- Small team that often builds strong camaraderie, partly due to shared challenges with management. - Good exposure to multiple aspects of the business, potential to learn a lot.

Cons

- Operates like a family-run business with internal drama on display - Strong top-down hierarchy; yelling from leadership is common - Inexperienced family members placed in management roles - Business and work ethics can be questionable - Treatment of employees can vary based on social or economic background

Pros

This place had a group of wonderful colleagues to work with, and that's the only thing that was good about working here.

Cons

The management was unprofessional. This is a typical family business where they can decide to bring their family members in without any experience to head certain departments. Hardly any career advancements. A lot of favoritism going on too.
