Pros
Laid back but professional atmosphere If you're self-motivated and have the drive then you can go far in this growing company. Everyone is a real person and not sold on corporate living. They expect your best but will joke with you every step along the way.
Cons
There are growing pains when any company sees the kind of increase Royal Swimming Pools has. You have to remain flexible and adaptive when systems and process change in an effort to keep up and stay efficient. It's a good problem to have since that means business is good, but you can still feel it internally.
