Pros
I was offered a great opportunity to live at beautiful properties with discounted rent, that I may otherwise not had been able to afford. I was exposed to many multicultural needs, varying by location of property, that helped me have an understanding for others.
Cons
This is the most micromanaged environment, undervalued, and underpaid. There are quite a few hard working ladies, and a few gentlemen, who are expected to go above and beyond, to only have small mistakes over shadow anything positive.
