Pros

Working at Rubenstein Law has been a meaningful and rewarding part of my life. I am genuinely grateful for the opportunities the firm has given me to learn, grow and advance throughout my career. I began in an entry-level position and through hard work, support and encouragement, I was able to take on greater responsibilities and continue developing professionally. What makes Rubenstein Law special is the people. I have had the privilege of working alongside compassionate, hardworking individuals who truly care about helping clients during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. The work can be fast-paced and challenging, but knowing that we are making a difference for our clients makes it incredibly fulfilling. I am especially thankful for the leaders and colleagues who have believed in me, supported my ideas and encouraged my growth. The firm has become more than just a workplace to me, it has been a place where I have built lasting relationships, developed confidence and created a career I am proud of.

Cons

The legal field can be demanding and fast paced and some roles require managing a high volume of responsibilities. However, the meaningful nature of the work and the support of the team make the challenges worthwhile.

Pros

This is a great place to build your career if you are willing to learn and work hard. I started as a litigation assistant and was promoted to paralegal, the firm invested in my growth and provided training for the role, which many law firms won't do that, they rather hire with experience to not spend time training you. The benefits are excellent, and management offers flexibility when personal situations arise.

Cons

The work can be stressful and fast paced, especially with a high caseload, but it is manageable if you organize yourself. It can be demanding at times, but it also provides valuable experience and professional growth.
