Always busy, always a challenge, decent pay
Cons
Absolute gong show. Business is stuck in crisis mode, has outgrown itself, and has severe tunnel vision. No attention to SOPs, no coordination between departments, crap communication, everyone scrambling to save themselves. Very stressful, high level of burnout in all departments. This company needs to take a step back and look at the big picture, go back to basics.
