Pros

Pays well Management believes people who can butter them and fall at their feet

Cons

Rubicon Red India Private Limited in being headed by totally unprofessional and unfit management because of which the overall reputation of the company is getting spoiled. Very poor work culture, political driven, cheap management tricks and no team work spirit. I will soon resign from this horrible company like how my colleagues did a few months back. I bet it will very soon get closed and all the other colleagues will resign(I'm dying to move out from here). Rubicon AU management should remove the indian management ASAP, else they will have to very soon close their operations in INDIA.

Pros

1. Great place to start your career - I started my career here as a fresher and like I mentioned it has been a journey worth cherishing. 2. Wonderful Team - A place where you spend most of your day, you expect people around to be warm and welcoming and that is exactly what people will make you feel here. They are more like a family than friends. 3. Flat Hierarchy - I always believed that "FLAT HIERARCHY" is a myth but interestingly the senior management here has given their 100% to maintain flat hierarchy and you can absolutely reach to anyone without a second thought. The team here prefers to call them LEADERS rather than MANAGERS. 4. Technophile - Right from product ideas to implement a solution in different ways, people here have always showed love and passion towards technology. It's really amazing to work with people here. 5. Collaboration - There are different teams here but people do collaborate really well across the teams and are always approachable. 6. Fitness - Working in IT sector, physical fitness is really important to maintain fitness and mental balance. There are facilities here where you can spend time and gain composure.

Cons

I wouldn't say that there are no cons working here but like a great mind once said 'Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it' it all depends on how you see things. If you are someone who would whinge about small things then you would not be satisfied working here.
