This is a great place to work for fresh out of college students. They teach you a lot about the industry and there seems to be a good culture around helping other peers.
Cons
The nature of the job means that you will rarely be working with the same people for more than 2 weeks. Be ready for a rapid environment with a lot of changes and not a lot of consistency.
