Poor work life balance for Tech guys - Software Engineer Rubique Employee Review

I got opportunity to work with very intelligent seniors in Tech team, few months were like engg college class room, every day i learnt something, even being as a QA engineering, learnt lot of cloud technology, QA processes, about testing tools. Tech team senior's were from reputed product companies , had very strong technical skills, always ready to help/teach. (Sad part was they all left due to politics and humiliation)

writing this review, because few old employees were humiliated and threaten that 'company will destroy their carrier'. this is very sad. we work to earn bread & butter thorough our skills, we are not slaves of any organisation or people(Don't thinks you guys own the whole world by investor's money). Founders were very good, but after some time few employee from big tag name(IIT) came in organisation, they spoiled every thing. Now they are humiliating/abusing all other employee, have created class within organisation, elite(from IIT they don't work) and workers unfortunately founders are also listening only to them. I had been constantly abused by a guy, who is very close to founder. I had to quit this job. I heard they are doing lot of unethical activity to get funding, if employee are not agree to participate in those activities, they are humiliating them and throwing them out. Tech is only to show the investors, actually its not getting used in any operation or by consumer. Think thousand time before spoiling your carrier by joining them.

1. You will get opportunity to experiment on new stuff, irrespective of your prior experience to that domain. 2. If you are good at office politics, here your life would be awesome.

1. Founder and team around him is bluff master. Bluffing there achievements, bluffing investors, employee, and stake holders. 2. If you speak against it, you will be shown the exit door. 3. In your daily work life you have to go through many kind of harassment, in the name of open culture, you can be abused( literal abuse) at any point of time. HR has only answer "You know that guy right ? what can we do ? ". 4. All good people/hard-working employee left this company, either after being harassed, or blamed for wrong decisions taken by Founder and his team(family member, Girl friends, submissive employee, political guru's) 5. They have not paid any variable salary to any employee. No Full and final settlements. 6. Founder asks employee, find the company vision, ask tech team to find the product vision. He has to understand they are implementer's of your vision. 7. They are treating Tech team as a Sales team, HR, Marketing, and other team takes update from Tech team of there daily work. Stay away from this company
