Poor management - Sever Ruby Tuesday Employee Review

The management there is someone that lacks experience and plays high school games of showing favoritism to certain employees by giving them big table out of turn, allowing them to skip whenever they want and when you bring it to there attention they say deal or quit cause it ain't going to change.
