Sales have been constantly declining for nearly a decade. There's more turnover in the marketing and sales department than our products in stores. I'm not sure what's flatter? Our innovation curve or the backside of SpongeBob SquarePants. It's hard to keep up with the Joneses when you have insignificant funds to reinvest and execute at a snail's pace. Not to worry though, Rug Doctor will eventually etch its place in iconic brand lore with the likes of Blockbuster, Blackberry, Polaroid, and MySpace. Morale is terrible. It's been terrible since I've been here and continues to get worse almost everyday. HR keeps coming out with new incentives for employees but it isn't helping. If I'm being honest, you'd be hard pressed to find someone here who loves their job. Well I can probably think of one.
